Miss Nancy’s Day Off illustrated merch will be made to order and shipped within 1-2 weeks. They will then be sent via FREE standard delivery to the UK or USA. Any questions about ordering just send me a message!
Easy Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return an item of jewellery, please send an email within 7 days of receiving the piece. You will then be given the return address, please send back the item undamaged/unworn and in re-saleable condition. Once it has been received, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. You will need to pay for the return postage, unless the item is faulty.
Unfortunately I am unable to offer refunds on earrings/piercing jewellery for hygiene reasons. Custom printed items from Miss Nancy’s Day Off also cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made just for you so please check the size charts, and send a message before ordering if you have any questions!
If an item should be faulty when received please send a message as soon as possible, and an exchange or refund will be arranged. If it should develop a fault again please send a message as soon as possible to let me know.
